Stair Nosing and Tactile Installation at Boyd Village, Southbank

Enforcer supported the Boyd Village development in Southbank with the supply and installation of compliant stair nosing and tactile ground surface indicators. These elements play an essential role in improving accessibility, enhancing step visibility, and reducing slip and trip risks across residential environments. Installed throughout multiple communal and external areas of the development, the products were selected to meet the requirements of AS 1428 Design for Access and Mobility while integrating cleanly with the architectural finishes of the project. The result is a safer and more accessible environment that supports residents and visitors with clear navigation and improved stair safety.
