Returns & Exchanges

Items can be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging within the eligible return period.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order within 14 days of delivery. If there are any issues, contact us as soon as possible. 

To help us assess your claim, please provide your order or invoice number, a description of the issue, and photos or video evidence.

Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. 

For change of mind returns: return freight is the customer’s responsibility, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we can assist with arranging return freight if required, with the cost deducted from your refund or credit.

Yes. All returns must be approved by our team before sending goods back. Once approved, we will issue a return authorisation (RMA) number. 

Returns sent without approval may be refused.

Please include your order number and whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, or credit

Once received, our team will inspect your return within approximately 5 business days. 

After approval, we will process your agreed outcome, which may include an exchange, refund, store credit, or repair. 

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
