Warranty Policy

Only products that explicitly state a warranty in their product description are covered under warranty.

Warranty periods vary by product and may be 1 year, 2 years, or up to 5 years from the date of purchase, depending on the item.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship. Some products may also cover structural defects, where stated in the product description.

The warranty does not cover: 

• Normal wear and tear 
• Cosmetic damage 
• Minor variations in colour, finish, or dimensions 
• Damage caused after delivery 
• Improper use or misuse 
• Incorrect assembly or installation by the customer 
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications 
• Items such as foam, fabric, padding, or external packaging 

If a customer chooses to repair or modify a product without prior written approval, Enforcer Group is not liable for resulting damage or injury.

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team and provide: 

• Proof of purchase 
• Your order or invoice number 
• Photos or videos showing the issue 
• A brief description of the problem

Where required, we may ask for the item to be returned for assessment before approving the claim.

If the claim is approved, Enforcer Group will determine the appropriate resolution. This may include: 

• Repair of the product 
• Replacement of the defective item or part 
• Full or partial refund 

Customers are responsible for the reasonable shipping cost of returning the product for inspection. If the claim is approved, Enforcer Group will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you
