Orders placed before 1:00 pm on business days are typically dispatched the same day for in-stock items (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after this time are usually shipped the next business day.
Once your order has been booked with a courier, tracking details will be sent via email.

SA Regional - 2–4 business days

We use courier freight services for all deliveries.
- A valid street address is required
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes
- We do not use Australia Post
- Additional charges may apply for remote or regional areas
Enforcer Group reserves the right to cancel and refund orders if freight costs cannot be agreed for remote locations.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location, order size, and product weight or volume. Final shipping costs will be shown atcheckout or confirmed by our team if additional freight charges apply.

Yes. Simply specify “Authority to Leave” in the delivery notes at checkout if you’re not available to receive the order.

If no one is available at the time of delivery and Authority to Leave has not been specified, the courier may require re-delivery, which could result in additional charges.

Yes. Large or bulky orders may be shipped on pallets.
In these cases:
- A forklift may be required to unload
- If no forklift is available, a tailgate truck can be arranged (additional charges apply)
- If you are unsure, please contact our team before ordering
Tailgate delivery is available for an additional $75.

Yes. You can collect your order from our Melbourne or Perth warehouses free of charge or arrange your own freight pickup.
You will receive confirmation once your order is ready for collection.
