Complete Car Park Safety Upgrade at Epping Home & Life – Epping, VIC
Enforcer supplied and installed a comprehensive range of safety, accessibility and traffic management products for a major retail and lifestyle centre in Epping, Victoria. The project was undertaken to improve vehicle and pedestrian safety, enhance accessibility and create clear traffic flow throughout the busy retail precinct.
The installation supports a high-traffic shopping environment, helping provide a safer and more convenient experience for customers, staff and delivery vehicles while maintaining compliance with accessibility and traffic management requirements.
Project Scope
The shopping precinct required an upgraded parking safety solution capable of managing high vehicle volumes while improving pedestrian protection, accessibility, and overall site functionality. Enforcer delivered a coordinated installation of vehicle protection, traffic management, and accessibility solutions across the precinct. Bollards and Wheel Stops were installed to protect pedestrian areas, define parking spaces, and reduce vehicle impact risk, while Speed Humps, Traffic Signage, and Line Marking improved traffic flow and vehicle guidance. To support accessibility, Disabled Parking Bollards, Tactile Indicators, and Stair Nosing were installed to improve visibility, navigation, and safer movement throughout the site.

The retail centre required infrastructure that could support daily vehicle movement while maintaining safe separation between pedestrians, vehicles, and key site areas.
