Enforcer supplied and installed a range of heavy-duty safety bollards to improve pedestrian protection and vehicle access management at a major retail centre in Box Hill South. The development accommodates a variety of national retailers and high visitor traffic, requiring robust vehicle restraint solutions to protect entrances, pedestrian zones and shared access areas.
The installation was designed to enhance safety while maintaining convenient access for customers, tenants and service vehicles across the retail precinct.
Project Scope
The project involved the supply and installation of 140mm Stainless Steel In-Ground Bollards and 1350mm High Shared Zone Surface Mounted Impact Bollards at key pedestrian and vehicle interface areas throughout the shopping centre. Stainless Steel In-Ground Bollards were securely installed into existing concrete surfaces to provide permanent vehicle protection while complementing the modern appearance of the retail development. Shared Zone Impact Bollards were also installed in designated access areas to improve pedestrian safety and clearly define vehicle movement within shared traffic environments. Prior to installation, underground service scanning was completed to identify existing services and ensure safe, accurate bollard placement.
