Carpark Safety and Bike Storage Installation at Scape Kensington – Kensington, NSW
At Scape Kensington in New South Wales, Enforcer supplied and installed a range of carpark safety, access control and bike storage solutions to support safe vehicle movement, pedestrian protection and efficient use of space within a busy student accommodation development.
Student accommodation carparks require durable, high-performance systems that can handle constant daily use while maintaining safety, compliance and traffic flow. Enforcer worked in line with the construction programme to deliver a coordinated installation across parking, access and bicycle storage areas.
Project Scope
The project involved the supply and installation of carpark safety, protection and storage systems throughout the facility. Works included line marking and concrete sealing to define traffic flow and improve surface durability. Vehicle protection measures included fixed and removable bollards, a height clearance bar to restrict over-height vehicle access, convex mirrors to improve visibility, and corner guards to protect structural edges in high-impact areas. Speed signage and wheel stops were also installed to improve traffic control and parking compliance. To support sustainable transport, the project also included wall-mounted bike racks and double-tier bike racks, significantly increasing bicycle storage capacity within the limited carpark footprint.

The project required multiple safety, protection and storage systems to be installed within a newly completed carpark while coordinating with final construction works.
