We offer express shipping Australia-wide. Place your order before 1:00 pm on a weekday and we'll pick and dispatch all in stock items the same day (excluding public holidays). We take pride in fast, reliable delivery.

In-stock items are typically dispatched on the same business day. Delivery timeframes vary by location:

What Can Be Returned? All products are returnable if unused and in their original packaging. 

Return Deadline Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

7. What is not covered by the warranty? Items such as foam, fabric, padding, or external packaging are not covered. Damage from improper use, assembly, or modification is also excluded.

8. Does the warranty cover normal wear and tear? No, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or minor variations in dimensions, colour, or finish.

9. Can I return a damaged product I assembled or installed myself? Damage caused by improper assembly or installation by the customer is not covered, unless we or our contractors performed the assembly or installation.
