What Can Be Returned? All products are returnable if unused and in their original packaging. 

Return Deadline Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

Return Locations Return items to one of the following locations:

Return Shipping 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Refunds A 100% store credit will be issued for the returned items, minus any shipping costs. 

Packaging All returns must be sent back in their original packaging.

• What happens if my warranty claim is accepted? If approved, we will decide whether to offer a refund, partial refund, replacement, or repair of the defective part.

• What is not covered by the warranty? Items such as foam, fabric, padding, or external packaging are not covered. Damage from improper use, assembly, or modification is also excluded. 
  
• Does the warranty cover normal wear and tear? No, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or minor variations in dimensions, color, or finish. 
  
• Can I return a damaged product I assembled or installed myself? Damage caused by improper assembly or installation by the customer is not covered, unless we or our contractors performed the assembly or installation.
