Stair Nosing and Safety Mirror Installation for a High-End Residential Development – Toorak, VIC
At a newly completed residential development, Enforcer supplied and installed safety and visibility products across key circulation areas to support pedestrian safety, improve site visibility and enhance overall movement throughout the property.
Delivered during the final stages of construction, the installation focused on reducing blind spots and improving stair safety within a high-end residential environment.
Project Scope
The project involved safety and accessibility upgrades throughout the development to improve visibility, reduce risk, and enhance pedestrian movement across shared zones. Visibility improvements included the installation of 600mm Full Dome Mirrors at key circulation points and blind spots to enhance awareness and reduce the risk of collisions in shared pedestrian and vehicle zones. Stair safety upgrades included Black Aluminium Corrugated Stair Nosing installed across multiple stairways to improve step edge visibility and provide additional slip resistance for residents and visitors.
Challenges and Solution
The project required the integration of visibility and stair safety solutions within a high-end residential environment where finish quality and visual consistency were critical. Enforcer completed installation in line with late-stage construction scheduling to ensure minimal disruption and a clean architectural finish.
