We pride ourselves on our fast delivery times. Place your order before 1pm on a weekday, and we will pick and ship in-stock items the same day (excludes public holidays).

Delivery Availability

To ensure smooth delivery, please make sure someone is available to accept your delivery. If this is not possible, include "Authority to Leave" in the special instructions section when placing your order. Please note that if redelivery is required, extra charges will apply.

Forklift Requirement

For larger or bulky orders packed on a pallet, a forklift is required to unload the shipment from the truck. If you need redelivery with a tailgate truck, additional charges will apply. If you are unsure, please contact us for assistance.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the item is back in stock. This delay will be reflected in your confirmation email, and your dispatch date will be adjusted accordingly.

Delivery to PO Boxes

We cannot deliver orders to PO Boxes due to the size and weight of our products. If redelivery is required, extra charges will apply.

Freight Costs to Regional Areas

Enforcer Group reserves the right to cancel any order and offer a 100% refund if an agreement cannot be reached regarding the freight costs to regional areas.

Returns Policy

What Can Be Returned?

All products are returnable as long as they are in their original packaging and unused.

When Do Items Need to Be Returned?

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Where Do Items Need to Be Returned?

You can return items to one of the following locations:

  • Melbourne Location: 57-67 Popes Rd, Keysborough Victoria 3173
  • Perth Location: Unit 1/41-45 Furnace Rd, Welshpool WA 6106

Shipping for Returns

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Credit for Returns

You will receive a 100% credit for the returned items, minus any shipping costs.

Packing Materials

Items must be returned in their original packaging.
