Office & Warehouse Traffic and Safety Improvements – Dandenong South, VIC
Enforcer supplied and installed a range of traffic management, vehicle protection and pedestrian safety products for an office and warehouse site in Dandenong South, Victoria. The project addressed multiple aspects of site safety, from protecting building and vehicle areas to improving parking organisation and providing clearer pedestrian guidance.
With the regular movement of vehicles, staff, visitors and deliveries through an office and warehouse environment, clearly defined traffic areas and visible safety measures can help reduce potential conflicts and support safer movement throughout the site.
Project Scope
The project included the installation of In-Ground Galvanised Bollards, Surface Mounted Yellow Bollards, Wheel Stops, Disabled Parking Wheel Stops, EV Wheel Stops, a Surface Mounted Galvanised Bike Rack, Anti Slip Tape, Tactile Indicators and Line Marking. The range of products was selected to address different safety requirements across the office and warehouse environment, including vehicle impact protection, parking control, pedestrian hazard identification and clearly defined traffic areas.
Challenges and Solution
Office and warehouse sites often combine pedestrian activity with regular vehicle movements, deliveries and parking. Without clearly defined areas and appropriate physical protection, vehicles can come into close proximity with buildings, pedestrian zones and other site infrastructure. 165mm In-Ground Galvanised Bollards were installed to provide robust vehicle-impact protection in designated areas, while 165mm Surface Mounted Yellow Bollards provide highly visible protection where surface mounting was required. A combination of The Enforcer Wheel Stops, The Enforcer Disabled Parking Wheel Stops and The Enforcer EV Wheel Stops helps establish consistent stopping positions within parking areas. These provide a clear physical reference for vehicles while supporting better organisation of parking spaces. Pedestrian safety was also addressed through Tactile Indicators and Anti Slip Tape. The tactile products provide hazard identification and tactile guidance in relevant pedestrian areas, while Anti Slip Tape provides an additional measure for improving surface grip in areas where slip resistance is required. Line Marking was used to clearly define designated areas across the site, helping improve visual guidance for vehicles and pedestrians and creating a more organised traffic environment. A Surface Mounted Galvanised Bike Rack was also installed to provide a dedicated bicycle parking facility for staff and visitors.
Project Outcome
The completed installation provides a coordinated approach to vehicle protection, parking management and pedestrian safety across the office and warehouse site. The combination of bollards and wheel stops helps protect infrastructure and organise vehicle areas, while line marking provides clearer visual definition throughout the site. Tactile Indicators and Anti Slip Tape further support pedestrian safety and accessibility. Together, the installed products help create a more clearly organised workplace environment where vehicles, pedestrians and other site users can move through designated areas with greater clarity and reduced potential for conflict.
