More About Mounting Hardware

The Enforcer Bolts and Mounting Hardware

Even though these are a small and often overlooked component of road safety, using the right set of bolts and mounting hardware can go a long way in safeguarding the product. Since road safety products are designed for both indoor and outdoor use, it is important to keep the placement of the product in mind when selecting the material for the product as well as the mounting hardware. Some of our road safety products include the mounting hardware required to properly install them. Our range of bolts is handy when you need to change the location of a product or if any of the mounting hardware requires replacement after a period of time.

Importance of Good Quality Mounting Hardware

If these bolts are made of inferior quality materials, the structure they are holding down would become unsafe because the bolts are weak and may not be able to handle enough weightage. So one of the biggest reasons for using good mounting products is to improve safety of the product being installed.

Poor quality mounting products also expose the road safety products to vulnerabilities because the bolts may rust or break rendering the structure it was holding down ineffective.

Putting in all your time and effort in ensuring that an area meets the safety standards, only to suffer from degradation of the products because of poor quality mounting hardware can lead to unwanted costs on repairs and replacement.

At the Enforcer Group, you will find a range of bolts and mounting hardware that meet different requirements and are designed to be durable.

Our Mounting Hardware Products Include:

  1. Dyna Bolts. Dyna bolts are a type of expansion bolts designed with a center core bolt and a surrounding sleeve it is useful for installing products on materials like concrete, brick, or sandstone. We stock Dyna bolts with a flush head. These are zinc plated bolts for all kinds of general work. They are useful for installing wheel stops and bollards in concrete.

  2. Mounting Spikes. Our mounting spikes are made of galvanized steel. They are ideal for installing wheel stops on asphalt surfaces. Their head is 14mm in diameter, and it is dome-shaped. Galvanized spikes are good for outdoor as well as indoor installations. They are durable, strong, and are resistant to corrosion. They can be bought for individual applications or in bulk for big projects.

These come handy in completing the installation of big and small products in concrete and other materials. The washers and coach screws are made of stainless steel and are of high quality.
